on the web www.cecildaily.com email Wednesday, June 10, 2015 Cecil Whig Page A5 JoAnn Marie Allen (Hart) JoAnn Marie Allen (Hart) of Havre de Grace MD, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on June 4, 2015, she was 54 years old. JoAnn was born in Washington, D.C. to the late David W. and Noreen S. (Hannan) Hart.

She was the loving sister of David K. Hart, Geraldine Venzke, Robert Hart, Edward Hart, Paul Hart, Carol Aubel, Andrew Hart, Susan Gallagher and the late Nora Mary Hart who went to be with The Lord on April 25, 2012. JoAnn attended the First Baptist Mission of Havre de Grace. She loved everyone she met. She loved being with family, her in Christ and friends.

She enjoyed walking the of Havre de Grace. She had a green thumb (jade plants), loved nature, and bird watching. JoAnn loved listening to worship music, singing (chorus), dancing, laughter, and learning and loved life. Despite her health issues, her joy in The Lord remained. The viewing will be held on Wednesday, June 10, from 10 a.m.

to 12 p.m. at the Zellman Funeral Home, PA, 123 South Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD. The service will be held at 12 Noon ciated by Pastors Ron Smith and Rick Haynes. Condolences: www.rt- foard.com. R.T. Foard Funeral Home, P.A. A Life Celebration Home Patricia Ann Bockhorn Patricia Ann Bockhorn, age 61, of Chesapeake City MD, passed away Saturday, June 6, 2015. Born in Amityville, NY, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Bernadette Shaw Roxburgh.

Mrs. Bockhorn was a bus driver for Cecil County Public Schools for 28 years. Her memberships included Marine Corps League Lance Corporal Copenhaver Chapter Detachment and life member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post Newark, DE. Devoted to her family, Mrs. Bockhorn enjoyed gardening, camping and crafts.

She was able to do any type of project, whether it was woodworking, painting, or putting down tile ooring. She mastered it all. Survivors include her husband, Henry Bockhorn; children, Anthony Alexander, Atlanta, GA, Robin Alexander, Newark, DE, Christine Baker, Chesapeake City, MD, Dante Bockhorn, Elkton, MD, and Kathleen Bockhorn, New- eld, NJ; sisters, Theresa Dempsey, Rensselaer, NY, and Barbara Facciolo, Elkton, MD; 11 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. Memorial service will be held at 5 p.m., Thursday, June 11, 2015, at Hicks Home for Funerals, 103 W. Stockton Street, Elkton, MD, where visitation will begin at 3:30 p.m.

Born in Havre de Grace, MD, on July 6, 1958, he was the son of the late Bertha Delaplaine (McKinney) Carter. Mike treasured his childhood relationship with his beloved grandfather, the late Willard McKinney.

Over the years, Mike worked for Texaco, Garage and Diamond Ice, among many other local businesses. He enjoyed spending his time working with the North East VFW and at the re- house. Survivors include his sister: Marsha D. Carter and brother: Matheu J. Carter, both of North East, MD.

Funeral service will be held Friday, June 12, 2 p.m. at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation beginning at 1 p.m. until service time. Interment will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, North East, MD.

Forest Crouch Funeral Home, P.A. Richard Leroy Condo Chocowinity, NC Richard Leroy Condo was born October 7, 1952 in Lock Haven, PA and died on June 1, 2015 in Greenville, NC.

Richard is preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Hilda Halderman Condo of Sandy Ridge, PA. He is survived by his daughter, Erin Condo McCracken and her husband, Joshua McCracken of Millheim, PA, son Adam Condo of State College, PA, brother Samuel Condo Jr. and his wife Grace Condo of Port Matilda, PA, sister Donna Dunn and her husband James Dunn of Doylestown, PA, grandchildren Booker and Roscoe McCracken of Millheim, PA, former spouse Patricia Hopkins Condo of State College, PA, step-daughters Nicole Dvorak-Andruzzi of Gainesville, MD and Lauren Dvorak of North East, MD, and their children Braydon and Kaydin Andruzzi and Piper Bish, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He grew up in Bellefonte, PA and graduated from Bellefonte High School in 1971. He earned an Associates in Arts Degree from Cecil Community College in 1989.

He served in the U.S. Navy from 1971-1975. After leaving the Navy and serving at Bainbridge Naval Base, he spent most of his adult life in Perryville MD. He worked as a Pipe Fitter for the Aberdeen Proving Ground and the Veterans Administration at Perry Point until he retired in 2008. In 2008, he moved to North Carolina where he lived until his death.

He owned a hunting camp with his brother and cousins in Karthaus, PA, where spend hunting season every year, without exception. He also looked forward to a bi-annual reunion with his navy buddies and their families. In his retirement he made many friends who would take him shing and to the race track. He was a longtime member of the American Legion. Richard was larger than life his personality took up the whole room.

He was a kind and generous man and will be terribly missed by his extensive circle of family and friends. A memorial service celebrating life will be held on Sunday, June 14 at 1:30 p.m. at the UpTexas Chapel, 117 North Street, Millheim, PA. Raymond J. Diebold Raymond J.

Diebold, 75, Altoona PA, formerly of Sinking Valley, PA died June 8, 2015 at his home. He was born February 13, 1940 in Lockport, NY, son of the late Bruce W. and Ruth C. (Groff) Diebold. Surviving are his wife, Judith three children, Karen Diebold (Terry Conrad), Ken (Cheryl) and Kevin (Angela), all of the Altoona area; four grandchildren; a step-granddaughter; a step- great-granddaughter; three siblings, Dian (Bill) Johnson, Thomas (Betty) and Daniel (Carol), all of Elkton; and many nieces and nephews.

Ray retired as a dairy farmer, dedicating more than 35 years to the dairy community including serving on the board of directors for Dairylea Cooperative, Inc. for 30 years. Arrangements are by Jon C. Russin Funeral Home, Inc. Bellwood, PA.

www.russinfuneralhome.com George H. Duff George H. Duff, 74, of Earleville MD, passed away at home on June 7, 2015. George was born in Clayton, DE, on October 21, 1940, son of the late Henry and Viola Bailey Duff. As an infant, his family moved to the farm in Earlville, where he has lived his entire life.

He worked for several area farms, hauling grain and working livestock. He also worked maintenance for Indian Acres, Buttonwood Beach and Earleton Village. Along with his parents, he was preceded by two brothers, Jimmy and Henry Duff. George is survived by his wife of 24 years, Janet Ward Duff; his brothers and sisters, Shirley Husfelt of Elkton, Clyde Aiken of Chesapeake City, Barbara Stevenson of Perryville, Ernest Duff of Earleville, Mary Ellen Edwards of Chesapeake City and Howard Duff of Earleville and his faithful companion Sandy. Friends may call on Thursday, June 11 from 1 to 2 p.m.

She was the daughter of the late Eugene and Annie Graybeal. Survivors are her brother Eugene Graybeal of eld, FL and sister Ruth Sexton of Perryville MD. Heikkila On June 5, 2015, Kenneth Robert Heikkila, age 56, was lovingly given back to God by his four children and wife of 33 years at his home after a two year battle with kidney cancer. Ken was born August 5, 1958 to the late John and Loretta (Hopkins) Heikkila, with one brother, Michael Heikkila (Sherry). He was raised in eld, Michigan, where he would meet the love of his life Bonnie Tirpe and they would marry. Ken would serve ten years in the U.S. Army that included two tours in Germany, one in Washington state, and Kentucky.

These towns would produce his four children Shawn (Krysta) Heikkila, Melissa (Keith) Riggs, Kyle Heikkila and Brittney (Morgan) Heikkila, whom he played many practical jokes on and loved with all his heart. After completion of service, Ken would have very few jobs but his nal job of eleven years for Delaware Express was his passion. He followed his footsteps as a truck driver, which he was proud of. During his travels for work, he would acquire many friends and was well known for his avid love of hunting, shing, and his mechanical ability to anything. But the thing that set him apart from many was his giving heart and positive attitude, even as cancer took over.

It gave Ken great pleasure to be blessed with ve grandchildren; Mikey, Mathew, Mia, Kurtis and Rogue always looking forward to taking them sh- ing. Services will be private for Kenneth, to allow his children time to heal. In lieu of owers, he would want donations to any cancer society of your choice. Kenneth Heikkila will be forever known to his family and friends as Man of who was much loved in a life that was well lived! Gary Robert Ostroski Sr. Gary Robert Ostroski age 58, died after a two month battle with cancer, at his home in Port Deposit MD on June 8, 2015.

Born November 3, 1956 in Pittsburgh, PA. For the past 25 years he lived in Port Deposit. He married Darlene Ostroski in 1978 and together they raised two loving sons. Gary worked for York Lintel Cast and Stone Company for the past ten years as a Plant Manager. He was a member of Mountain Christian Church.

His wife and sons endearingly referred to him as the as he was truly a handyman extraordinaire. He also enjoyed spending time with his family, reading to his granddaughter, playing golf, waving his terrible towel while cheering for the Pittsburgh Steelers and sitting on the beach. Survivors include his wife, Darlene, and their sons, Jason, his wife Rebecca and their granddaughter Genevieve; and Gary, and his wife, Marcie. Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Phyllis and Louis and two brothers, Joseph and David. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, June 12, 10 a.m. at the Lee A. Patterson Son Funeral Home, P.A., Perryville, MD. Visitations for family and friends will be held Thursday, June 11, 3-5 p.m., 7-9 p.m. and Friday, June 12, 9-10 a.m., prior to the funeral service.
